강의력과 열정, 충분한 교육 경력을 가진 선생님을 헤드티쳐로 임명하여, 선생님들의 강의력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 운영합니다.
It appoints teachers with teaching skills, passion, and sufficient educational experience as headteachers to improve their teaching skills.

03 데일리 리포트, 월 교육 계획서 작성

퀄리티 있고 계획있는 수업을 위해 데일리 리포트와 월 교육 계획서를 작성하여 관리합니다.
Prepare and manage daily reports and monthly training plans for quality and planned classes. 

04 Teacher's meeting

매주 선생님들과 teacher's talk을 통해 티칭 스킬 공유를 공유하고 더 효과적인 교육방법을 연구합니다.
